KWPN horses are Dutch Warmbloods bred to perform with extraordinary athleticism at the top echelons of equine sports, but with temperaments and trainability for amateurs.

Prima Equestrian is hosting one of two Canadian KWPN-NA inspections on the 2008 Keuring Tour. Keurings offer an interesting learning experience and a golden opportunity to observe. Each Keuring involves inspections of young stock including foals, yearlings and two-year-olds, mares, geldings under three years old, and stallions. Under saddle classes include young Dressage and Jumper horses.

The horses presented are from KWPN sires such as: Cabochon, Cardento, Chin Chin, Flemmingh, Gregor, Idocus, Indoctro, Indorado, Johnson, Orame, Prestige, Rousseau, Tenerife, Veron, and many more.

Horses will also be offered for sale.

Join us during the lunch break for a Dressage Demonstration featuring Diane Creech, 2007 Canadian Pan Am Team Silver Medalist and Toronto CADORA member, along with Cara Whitham, Olympic Judge. Diane will do a demonstration on training the young dressage horse.

The keuring is open to the public at no charge and refreshments are available.
