Ohorn has many top performance stallions in his pedigree including: Olympic Ahorn, Nimmerdor, Irco Polo, Marco Polo, Sineada, Naturel and Lucky Boy xx and Sportsman. Ohorn's dam also sired Kim (jumping at Z level), and 2 full brothers to Ohorn, High five and Jeremy who both jumped at international Grand Prix level.

Ohorn placed 3rd in the finals of the Stallion Selection in 1999 and made the finals three times in the Stallion Competition. He represented the KWPN at the European Championship in 2000 in Brussels and placed 2nd in the free jumping competition.

During his stallion test, Ohorn excelled in the jumping sub divisions and according to the report he has good forehand technique, good scope, is careful, has a lot of power and showed much talent as a jumper and sufficient talent as a dressage horse.
